We want you to love your LushGaze Talk sunglasses as much as we do. If they're not perfect for you, here's how returns work:

  • 30-Day Window: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories

  • How to Start: Email returns@lushgaze.com with your order number to initiate

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving return
  • Shipping costs (if premium shipping was used) is non-refundable unless item is faulty

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We'll happily exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
